Three years in. The technical bar in interviews and code review is genuinely high — I've grown faster than at any previous job. Compensation tracks the public bands. Pace expectations are also high and a couple of my old teammates burned out around the 18-month mark. If you protect your weekends and pick a team with a reasonable manager, it's a great place.
