Cleaning fees still out of control
$280 cleaning fee on a 2-night stay. The 'final price' transparency push helped, but the underlying fees haven't dropped.

Quality depends entirely on host
Five stays this year. Two were excellent, two were okay, one was a disaster (listed AC didn't work in July). Filtering by Superhost status helps but isn't a guarantee.
