Walmart-fulfilled is fine. Third-party Marketplace items are hit-or-miss similar to Amazon's challenge.
Free delivery + fuel discounts. As a non-Amazon-loyal household, this is the better all-around membership.
Equity grants for engineers are real and well above my old SaaS. Healthcare + 401k match are corporate-class.
Building anything for Walmart means it touches a meaningful percentage of US households. That weight makes mistakes expensive and decisions slower.
Worked in both offices. Sunnyvale is closer to tech-company norms; Bentonville is closer to corporate Walmart. Choose accordingly.
