Promotion calibration is rigorous but slow. P4 to P5 took two years for me. Comp refresh between promos was generous though.

Open Company, No Bullshit is mostly real
Internal docs are genuinely public to all employees. Some decisions still happen in Slack DMs, but the default-open culture is observable.
